Ordering

What payment methods do you take?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as paypal.

When will my payment be taken?

Payment will be taken at the point of order, including pre-orders.

What is a 'Pre-order' ?

If a product displays a "Pre-Order" label, it signifies that the item is currently in the production phase and will be dispatched at a later date. Please be aware that if your order includes one or more Pre-Order items, your entire order will be held until all Pre-Order items are in stock, and we will not ship individual products separately.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. All our products are hand packed at the point of order.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we are able to ship to the UK and to the US. However we are in the process of adding our record range to local Amazon pages within the EU, meaning you'll be able to purchase with much better shipping rates than we'd be able to offer. Kindly be aware that when receiving your order, additional customs fees such as import VAT or duty may apply to all countries or regions.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You can contact us using the below form and if we haven't dispatched the order we'll cancell and refund your purchase price and any shipping you made. However if we have processed your order we may not be able to stop it being dispatched.

Can i get a refund?

You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your item as long as the product remains sealed and unused.
